HERE WE GO!
Being unloaded right next to our house is the greenish glass for the new greenhouse. The greenhouse glass entrance that will be the first you see of the Stable when you arrive.

Right behind Miss P is where it will go on the cement platform.
The grey little wall to the left of the door ,  that we just added is where the greenhouse will connect. As you enter the door to our garden you walk over the bridge over our creek made this summer and then you enter via the Greenhouse into the Stable.
At least next week we will start constructing it.
Feels great!

STYLE!

Something worth seeing everyday

Hidden gold records and triumphs close to the ceiling was Sarah´s idea.

A BIG closet was high up on the wish list. Glass doors from floor to ceiling from Lumi was the solution.

Seated where its comfortable. Sarah knew which bed she wanted. She also wanted her glittery heels on the shelf made out of a turn of the century door by Lövsjö Loghouse where I wanted candles. Turned out great in my opinion.

The performer Sarah Dawn Finer wanted to give her  home some extra attention after all her touring and needed among other things a larger closet space to take better care of all her on and off stage outfits. I worked with her on the remodeling of her apartment.
Sarah knows what she wants so it´s not at all that I just make a plan when she´s away and just do it.

I´m thankful for the opportunity to find the style for the upgrade together with Miss Finer.
All the pictures were taken by Lina Eidenberg Adamo for a feature in Swedish interior magazine Sköna Hem last year.

2016 has arrived

Christmas and celebrating New Years eve with friends and family at home in our house in Skåne.
My closest family, my mom&dad with my brother and his wife and three children came the 26 of Dec and stayed over. Love having the house full of friends and family.  Right now we have 9 guests, containing of 3 families in our Villa Hoby Mosse that arrived before New Years Eve and tonight we will be celebrating a birthday so lots of cooking and and ejoying food together as well as going for long walks with our dogs ( to be able to eat...) and games of ludo/fia.  The Stable is where most of the cooking is done and also where we hang out the most.

This past year has contained so much and I will not bore you with the details but I´m truly thankful for all, both positive and negative. Might  sound crazy but...it´s always the solving of problems/challenges that we face that along with the easy coming positive that molds us into who we become.

A new year is here and new beginnings possible in the best way.

I was going through my designs after hearing Li Edelkoort lecture about 2017 interior trends and felt this deep brown wooden south african mask along with withes and black had the right cultural mix deco feeling and wanted to give you a sense of the new interior year as I see it.

For those of you that want more interior and lifestyle flow, visit my Instagram at

Im not a perfectly consistent blogger(...lazy...) but will be here telling the longer stories that are important off course. Sometimes several times per week, sometimes not.

HAPPY that YOU stopped by.
Wishing you a good start of 2016

Come back soon

A W A I T E D | amaryllis

Awaited amaryllis in a ring of hyacinth sat in moss. Really like a big round pot for this and it does not have be one suited for it. I always just use what I love.

Every year before Christmas I get amaryllis as a plant/bulb along with hyacinths.  The smell of hyacinth and the amazing grace and beauty of amaryllis is an unbeatable combo. I usually get cut flower amaryllis as well, but seeing the whole powerful process from bulb to blooming flower in such a short time is nothing short of a miracle every time.

Time to wrap the gifts.
This year as I went through all the papers I discard for not printing right from my home printer, I came up with the idea of using the still nice looking side of the normal print paper to wrap with.

The normal size printing paper does not work for large gift packages, but for small ones they are perfect.
Instead of throwing the papers out  or keeping them in pile...as I have, for "later" use  (that never happens...) I made Christmas wrapping out of them. Used our Christmas card front as the finishing touch. The wax seal makes it look a lot like Christmas to me.

Have a good gift wrapping Sunday.
