Dreamy Downtown terrraces.

The Downtown house I´m working which will be built by Riksbyggen has in it´s four room and kitchen apartment TWO terraces!

This apt makes you think you live in your own villa flooting above the centre of town with the possiblity to still have your own garden. Love the layout of the apt. 

Would not hurt to move in here myself :)

The flooring in the living room is oak parquet that comes with the  basic choices for the apt.

I choose to try a grey/black tile for this living room floor. Also show you the layout of the smallest room, which could easily be made into a guest room with bunk beds.
